Who can submit a guarantee claim?

To be eligible for the guarantee you must show your completed homework assignments from the program and all of the promotional materials for your challenge (banners, posts, emails, opt-in page, FB Group, etc…), contact us within 2 weeks from the end of your first challenge (with at least 30 people) to receive extra 1-on-1 support, and run one more challenge (with at least 30 people) appying the feedback you got.

In addition, to be eligible, your account must be in good standing and all payments up-to-date at all times. Falling behind on payments immediately disqualifies you from this Guarantee.

You can submit a guarantee claim if you’ve done the following:

1. Completed all of the program videos and corresponding assignments. To show that you’ve completed all of the videos and associated assignments you must provide your filled-out worksheets from each of the program modules and post answers to the weekly questions in the corresponding weekly threads in FB group (for LIVE program).
2. Used at least 3 methods you’ve learned in the POCP program to fill your challenge with at least 30 people. You just need to use at least 3 methods outlined in the POCP  program to fill your challenge claim the guarantee, though we do recommend more. You will need to document your marketing efforts along with the results of each.
3. Attended at least 1 Group Coaching Call (for LIVE program purchase only – does not apply to Home Study version) There are (5) group coaching sessions offered throughout the LIVE POCP program. You must attend at least (1) of the sessions unless you email us within 2 weeks of starting the program letting us know that you live in a time zone or have a hard conflict that makes this impossible.
4. Participated in our Facebook Group by Asking Questions.
   Help us help you 🙂 To count, questions need to be relevant to the training and your progress in the program. They must be answerable and limited to the content of the POCP program to be considered as satisfying the terms of claim approval. Since we can only help you if you speak up, we ask that you ask a minimum of four (4) questions throughout the program.
5. If the first challenge (with at least 30 people) didn’t produce the desired results, contacted us within 2 weeks of its completion to receive extra 1-on-1 support from my team and offered the challenge again (with at least 30 people) within 12 months of purchasing POCP program.

To make a claim under the guarantee AFTER 12 months in the program, we ask that you:

Documentation Needed

• Proof of Your Promotions and Marketing Campaigns (screenshots, numbers and results)
• Proof of Sales (screenshots of your payment processing account for your offer and a link to the payment button, so we can review your checkout process)

Submitting Your Documentation

• All documentation must be submitted via email to ATeam@BusinessSuccessEdge.com no earlier than 12 months from the start of the program and no later than 13 months.
• Use the email subject line “POCP Guarantee Claim”
• Submit only 1 email with all of your documentation attached (see above)
• Include the dates that you offered your challenge, the exact paid offer you made after the challenge, the number of people in your challenge and the total sales dollar amount of sales made from the leads in your challenge.
• Include your contact information – Name, Phone Number and Email Address
• Include the following, “I (insert your name) am submitting this claim in good faith and attest that everything included here is true and accurate to my knowledge.”
• PayPal address for receiving funds once your claim is approved.

Here’s what happens once your claim is approved:

Once you’ve submitted your claim we will review it within 30 days and let you know via email if your claim has been approved or if we need any additional documentation. Once approved you will receive a notice via email and payment directly to your PayPal account within 5 business days.

A Note on Payment Plans
